Help young learners practice setting and achieving goals with this handy worksheet! Geared toward children in preschool through second grade, this My Good Choice Progress Chart is a great opportunity to focus on individualized goals. First, determine five specific goals that work for your learner, such as "I can clean up my work space." Then, set a goal of how many stars they should aim to earn in a week to receive a reward. Be sure to look for opportunities to praise your children for making good choices and showing progress toward their goals!
