What do words and plants have in common? They both have roots! In this fifth- and sixth-grade language and vocabulary worksheet, students will be given a list of common Latin root words—and words that contain those roots—and will need to match them to the correct meaning. This activity is a great way to help learners expand their vocabulary by unlocking clues to the meaning of other unfamiliar words that use the same roots.
