Students gain familiarity with some of the great artists from Renaissance Italy in this engaging art-centered social studies worksheet! Designed for middle school students, this two-page worksheet introduces learners to paintings by four of the most important Renaissance artists: Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo, Raphael, and Sandro Botticelli. Students will then read descriptions of Renaissance themes found in each painting and match the artist and the painting to its description.
