Being able to identify our positive qualities and what we love about ourselves is vital to building self-awareness and practicing loving kindness for oneself. In this social emotional learning worksheet, students are asked to draw a picture of what they love about themselves, such as their smile, something they love to do, or how they help others. The hearts can then be cut out and compiled to create a classroom mobile, as detailed in the lesson plan Seeing the Good in Myself.
